How do I find a product?

We offer three convenient ways to shop. You may select products by brand, category or keyword. To use the keyword search, simply backspace over "Search by Keyword" and type any keywords related to that product and then press the "GO" button. If you are still unable to find what you are looking for, please send your inquiry via e-mail or call us at 1-800-794-8901.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number encoded on the bottom of the check. When sending a check or money order payment, please make the check payable to Healing Naturals and send it to the following address:

Is it safe to give you my credit card number over the Internet?

As with every credit card transaction in the physical world there is an element of risk using your credit card number via the Internet. We've tried to eliminate this risk by making our systems as secure as possible. You have the option of using our secure server. If you have any hesitation, we encourage you to call us at 1-800-794-8901 with your credit card number.

 

What is your shipping policy?

Domestic Shipping Information:


Shipping is available to All 50 US States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO and all US Territories. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to all of these destinations. A shipping fee of $4.99 is only applied to orders with merchandise totals of less than $100.00 (some exceptions apply). Shipping is free for orders with merchandise totals in excess of $100.00 (some exceptions apply).

 

How will I know if there is a complication with my order?

We will contact you immediately regarding any complications with your order, including back orders, special orders or credit card problems.

 

What is your return policy?

All returns require prior authorization. Please call us for return approval. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Return requirements:

  1. All Returns require a Healing Naturals receipt.
  2. Returned products must be in original packaging and in saleable condition.
  3. If you purchased products online or via mail order, you have 30 days from the date on the receipt to return the products. If you purchased products in person at our "brick and mortar" store, you have 7 days from the date on the receipt to return the products.
  4. If you paid with a credit card we will credit the same card back.
  5. If you paid with a check, we will mail you a refund check after your check clears.
  6. You cannot return items that were bought with store credit or marked as a final-sale item.
  7. No returns on open containers, refrigerated items, books, or any opened DVDs or computer software.
  8. If an item is defective we will replace it with the same item.
  9. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of an error on our part.

Please include your original receipt with the package. Also, in order to process your return more efficiently, please include a brief explanation for the return. Please send the package to the following address:

Please Note: For your protection we recommend that you return the package using insured USPS mail, UPS or FEDEX.

 

What about my privacy?

We do not collect information from or about anyone who browses our Web site. Information about our customers is only collected to allow us to process orders safely, promptly and efficiently. When ordering products from us, we always need your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information is submitted to us using SSL encryption (the accepted security standard ensuring complete confidentiality). We do not sell, trade or distribute this information in any way to anybody whatsoever. We do not collect information via our Web site without your knowledge, including e-mail addresses. We do not SPAM. If you receive an e-mail from us, it is in response to a direct request or information pertaining to a recent order.
